CANCEL/REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another similar one. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Your also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3 - 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from authorized refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact customer service at 866-381-2585 right away. You may return package within 30 days from the date you received it. Shipping costs to return merchandise shall be paid for by the customer returning the item. If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. The fastest way to obtain an RMA number is to contact our customer service representatives at 866-381-2585 to request an RMA number

Please note the following terms:

Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. Returned packages will only be refunded with an RMA number that was provided by Customer Service. Call Customer Service at 866-381-2585 for your RMA number. RMA numbers are good for 30 days.

Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Credits for refunds are typically addressed within 2 to 3 days to ensure proper customer service. However, depending on your bank's policies, bank credits may be take up to seven days.

TERMS OF DELIVERY:
(i) All deliveries are made by USPS.
(ii) All products are shipped within 24hrs from time of purchase.
(iii) If the product is ordered Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped the next business day.
